Well 2012 is off to a great start at RSDA! Exams are right around the corner and performances will soon follow. We are very excited to be welcoming Alicia Darling as our Mock Exam guest examiner for January 28th and 29th. She will also be teaching two jazz workshops over the weekend to motivate and challenge the students.

We are thrilled to be welcoming the world famous Brian and Faye Foley back to our dance academy for the ADAPT Jazz and Tap exams on February 11th, 12th and 13th. Exam information packages went home a few weeks ago with all competitive students.

Costumes have started to arrive! YAY! Competitive dancers will be getting their costumes as they arrive. Dancers aged 6 and under will receive their costumes during the March viewing week.

The Studio Office will be open Tuesdays from 4:00-6:00

About Us ...

Rhythmic Soles Dance Academy offers quality dance training in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Modern, Musical Theatre and more to the city of Brooks, Alberta and surrounding area and has a solid reputation as an academy committed to dancers of all ages and abilities.

RSDA was established in 2005 to share a love for the Art of Dance, develop potential and foster appreciation for the performing arts. The academy emphasizes challenge and enjoyment, as well as technical excellence and artistic expression in each of it’s students.

Our goal is to ignite the mind, body and soul of each student while teaching them the skills needed for a successful life, whether or not they stay involved in dance.

In a fun and positive learning environment our certified instructors teach recognized syllabuses in Ballet, Jazz and Tap ensuring all students learn proper technique and progression in accordance with nationally recognized standards. Students also have the opportunity to take part in examinations which gives them accredited recognition for each level attained.
